Join us for a casual Learn to Row at Lake Meahagh Park, located at Westchester Ave near 8th St,   Verplanck, NY.  All are welcome to attend this FREE event. If you want to learn the basics of this sport, our session will include the following:

  • Stroke basics on a rowing machine (erg)
  • Equipment
  • Instruction at the dock
  • A short row on the lake
